Maintenance of stoves / Service

Because it’s important to know who to turn to if you need to,
we provide after-sales service for all devices sold by our partner brands.

Maintenance of pellet stoves and gas appliances :
We offer maintenance of pellet stoves and gas sold by our brands on which our technicians are trained to intervene.

The interview is in the form of an annual contract including :

  • A rate established according to the place of intervention
  • A home intervention
  • A 10% commercial discount on spare parts and labor for any additional intervention during the term of the contract

Spare parts with home intervention if necessary.

For any request and in order to respond as quickly as possible, we invite you to send us an email indicating the following information :

  • Last name and first name
  • Address of the intervention site
  • Residence address (if different from the place of intervention
  • Phone number
  • Mail address
  • Pictures of the device and the parts to be changed if necessary
  • Copy of invoice or nameplate (allowing us to identify precisely the type of device)
  • Reason for contact (maintenance or replacement of spare parts)
